The Pelvic Floor and Pushing Coordination for Delivery
Pelvic floor physical therapist–designed class that teaches pelvic floor relaxation and coordination techniques to help prepare your body for a confident, smoother birth. Length: 1 hour SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS AND LOCATION at our OSU Outpatient Care Gahanna office.

This class is designed by Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists to help you prepare your body and pelvic floor for labor and delivery. We’ll cover positioning techniques for comfort, and ways to relax and lengthen the pelvic floor during labor. We will teach breathing techniques to support your pelvic floor and techniques for perineal stretching that can support your pelvic muscle readiness for birth. This course will give you confidence and practical tools for a smoother, more positive birth experience.
