Requirements: Completion of Intermediate EFM Course and Labor & Delivery RN for at least 12 months. Each participant is required to purchase a 6th Edition AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Course book via AWHONN. Included in the student materials is pre-requisite work and instructions for post-session activities. An email with further details and instruction will be sent upon registration.

Requirements: Clinician with at least 6 months fetal monitoring experience - each participant must purchase a 7th edition AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course book via the AWHONN website. The student material includes pre-requisite work opening 30 days from date of event and must be completed within 1 day of the event to attend the in-person portion. The Obstetrical Patient Safety Program (OPS) is one-day course that provides the learner with education on best practices and treatment principles known to effectively manage multiple OB Emergencies. The course consists of didactic content, skills stations, and simulation exercises that include team debriefing.
